Robin of Caviar and Codfish posted this recipe for Arroz con Pollo. It looked yummy and we just happened to have some chicken on hand. So...
It made a perfect Date Nite Dinner. With plenty left over, which Robin assures me makes a perfect lazy Sunday lunch......
