I don't want to take up too much of your time on any one posting, but let's get the ball rolling with alternate suggestions for the Garlic Box Tapenade. Yes, it's lovely served with cheese and crackers. It also makes a great spread on a sandwich. And if you want dinner in a hurry, try tossing a heaping tablespoon in with a serving of cooked pasta. Quick and yummy.
In the category of new products... Ruth at Monforte Dairy delivered some Sheep's Milk Cheddar last week, the result of her foray to Cheese School in Vermont a few months back. It's going quickly, but I'll be sure to order more.
