Alan came home from the market a few weeks ago with the news that there's a new cheese vendor. And, oh my! The cheese!
Mickey McGuire's Cheese has a list of nearly 400 cheeses that they carry, from small, independent, prize-winning dairies around the world. That first Saturday, Alan brought home a Tasmanian blue. Since then, we've had cheese from Neal's Yard Dairy, Cashel Blue from Ireland and a few others. There were all so gooood!
Mickey McGuire's Cheeses can be found at the Stratford Farmer's Market, the Waterloo Farmer's Market, the Trail's End Market. And if you're lucky enough to live in Dundas, Ontario, they have a store at 51 King Street West.
I'm thinking a road trip is in order, if ever this snow lets up!
